"Food was fenomenal (so many all-you-can-eat tasty dishes) and the staff working in the dining room were very polite. Location is perfect, since the hotel is right at the ski piste. The indoor pool was cold (its small, so you cant swimm around to warm up, its meant just for chilling and relaxing). There were many kids yelling and running in the hallways on all floors and the stairs, at all times (even at 23h) with no supervision from parents. "Truly a hidden gem in Kragujevac! Rooms have everything you want: AC (not common in Europe), large comfy bed, waterfall shower, and a mini-bar. Service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and could speak English, so communicating was no problem! The resturant was incredibly good (kudos to the chef!)! I had at least 5 meals there and each one was delicious. I highly recommend ordering the chivapi! So good!"
