“服務人員友善”

“L'hôtel est très accueillant, une jolie maison en pierre dans un jardin qui invite à se relaxer près de la piscine. Les réceptionnistes sont gentils et à l'écoute. La propreté est irréprochable, la literie excellente ; la climatisation très bien réglée est plus qu'appréciable en été. Se garer est assez facile quand les autres clients font l'effort de ne pas prendre deux places pour une seule voiture... les points faibles : L'évacuation de la douche était complètement bouchée. Le petit-déjeuner……

The Executive Suite was huge and beautifully appointed having been upgraded (after generously moving the date of the stay despite it being a non-refundable room) - welcome drinks were offered before a lovely dinner which was perfect for me and my daughter. Reception went out of their way to meet our needs with things we had forgotten to pack. We also enjoyed breakfast with very attentive service, the brilliant……

“My stay at Montenegro Lodge wasn’t without its challenges, albeit very minor ones. On the first day we discovered that the door didn’t lock, so we had limited security. The internet was intermittent at times, and the hot water was not sufficient to fill and use the hot tub. However, where this property fell short, the staff were there to pick things up. I cannot commend them highly enough for their hospitality and kindness throughout our stay. The hotel is missing a few things before it can……
