"Outstanding hotel. Really nice room, with fantastic buffet breakfast selection - which is well worth it so you don’t have to travel into the city centre. The pool is a perfect temperature and the gym is the best hotel gym we’ve visited. The staff on the front desk are very friendly. The only downside is the waiters in the restaurant (Santa Maria); we had two men who were very unfriendly and rude. This was very disappointing, especially given they automatically add a service charge to the bill. The other staff working there were friendly. "

They upgraded our room on our last night and brought us a nice bottle champagne and a personal letter to my wife for her birthday. Thank you so much to all the staff at hotel Fernando 3 ! "
