“The studio apt was very nice and very clean. Well furnished. We settled in and wanted to freshen up in the bathroom. I opened a drawer to get a new toilet paper roll and saw a huge, long cockroach in it that ran. Decided not to use the bathroom, closed the door so it would be trapped in the bathroom, and went out for the night. I iMessaged the property owner about it and did not get a reply. “There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”
