“Everything was excellent except for the guy who was managing the breakfast. He was not very friendly and could have been more welcoming and attentive to guests.”

“Reason for stay was that we landed late at night & didn’t want to arrive at our city centre apartment in the dark & when contact with owners were limited. Map shows it being a short walk from the terminal; however, that is as the crow flies - walking would take 2hrs when we mapped it out. There is a free shuttle to the train station & then into Rome but it wasn’t clear how to get it & the bus drivers not helpful. We ended up getting a taxi for which we were charged €25 - he said it was minimum……

“Not a modern and new hotel but very clean and nice staff. Not far to Rome, and with acceptable price and quality. Nice and smiling staff. Easy to park, maybe due to the low season. The light was white in the room, we don't like in night. The water flow in bathroom is somehow weak.”

“Superficially a great hotel, but very basic amenities. We had 2 rooms with various issues. Scuff marks throughout the room walls and floor, and what looked like hammer marks on one room door. An infuriatingly temperamental electronic door locking system, which needed repeated resets to secure, no help from reception staff on this. Second room has badly fitted shower attachment and ineffective air con. They advertise the terraces as a destination; there are no amenities here, just wobbly patio……

“The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride.”

“We had a Privilege, Double Room. Like: - The bed was sizable and comfortable for 2 persons - Toilet was ok sized - Room size was pretty sizable too - The roof top pool had amazing view and good for cooldown during summer heat - bar up at roof was reasonably priced too - close to colosseum within 5-10 mins walk Did not like: - hotel is a bit dated interior - the windows are incredibly small so the room was quite dark overall - a lot of amenities were very basic, including cups for drinking……
