"Peaceful "

"This property is very old, unkept and filthy. Only 1 elevator which is dirty. Hallways stink Rooms and linen look unclean and dirty. Bathroom n tub you will never be able to use by the looks. We had breakfast included but couldn’t muster the courage to eat. Ate out every day every meal. Shame on Radisson for loaning their name not keeping up with the standard. Very misleading "

"Honestly, the room wasn’t the cleanest and I’ve travelled a lot in my day. The front desk was very dismissive and it didn’t seem to care about getting us clean sheets, and towels. To top it off to charge me an extra $90 US and won’t tell me why. I’ve tried to call and I’ve tried to try and see what their reasoning was, but they won’t tell me and I was never made aware of any extra fees and it’s not anywhere on there. Property information. Honestly, I probably would never go back. I would say you get what you pay for but it’s an outrageous price for how the property is maintained and how the staff treats you"

"The property looked well kept. The staff was really friendly. When entering the lobby, it smelled really nice and looked very clean except the carpet. The room that I stayed in was not good. The carpet was very dirty the furniture was very outdated and scratched up really bad. The nightstand lamp was rusted, and the shade was cracked up. The closet floor and the area beside the refrigerator needed to be vacuumed badly. The bed was clean and comfortable. I wanted to use an iron, but the one in the room didn't work and it was broken up. This is the third Hilton that I have stayed at that was not good. Hilton hotels seem to be going downhill. I have stayed in motels that were better than this hotel. this hotel mis in need of an upgrade really bad. I would not stay here again."

"Just looks run down compared to how much they charged. Definitely not a $150 hotel. Carpets stained, wallpaper peeling, thin walls. "

"This was a last minute decision late at night after having a long day in the airport. So glad we stayed here. The guy checking us in was friendly. We were exhausted so I was glad to enter a clean room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. New bed coverings on the bed as well as new towels in the bathroom. They offer breakfast that was really good. Friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again. "

"Not a bad place to stay on the cheap. The parking lot is gated. There are lot lizards asking for rides. Be careful. Check-in guys was awesome. Very friendly and was very joyous. Remote control batteries were bad. He provided a replacement remote that worked. Shower was a bit cold but it was a cheap place to stay near the French quarters."
