“The house was perfect for our needs!!! We loved the movie room and all the space in the 4th bedroom. Would stay here again and recommend to others. The only issue was on the cleaning company; as we arrived at check in time to a dirty house. Property manager/owner was extremely responsive and worked hard to ensure the house was clean within 3 hours. We appreciate everything he did to make the situation right!”

Room was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. Kitchen and washer/dryer were a great plus! Would definitely recommend anyone checking out DT Charleston to give 360 King a try! 10/10!!”

“For a larger family or group this place was great! It wasn’t perfect but I’d stay here again Pros: driving distance from beaches, rooms were large enough for a large family (big dining table and lots of beds), lots of towels provided, shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, kitchen well stocked with kitchen tools Cons: toilet roll holders broken and didn’t hold tp, backyard and patio mostly unusable as we stepped out for 5 min and came back with a flea (lots of bugs out there), living room……

“Our time in this home was much too short but it is a beautiful, well appointed home, close to downtown Charleston, close to Sullivan's Island, close to lots of restaurants and shopping and in a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of amenities and the communication from the hosts was just perfect. We are sorry that we didn't have the opportunity to spend more than just one night. Highly recommend!!”

“I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌 The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. You don’t even have to worry about bringing beach towels or beach chairs because they had those covered too!!! They honestly thought of everything.
