“It was great!!! Host was very nice to work with!”

“We had a great stay here. The house was well appointed and worked perfectly for our trip. Super convenient to the Prudy Hill dock - highly desirable for us. Couch and beds were really comfortable and the TV/Roku combos made it super easy to chill out after a day on the water. Dodi was a great host, checked in several times ahead of and during our stay, and was such a pleasure. She made it so easy. I highly recommend a visit!”

“Stayed with extended family with kids age 5-17. 12 of us total. Great spot close to Jamestown safe harbor marina for boating. Kitchen has everything you need. We all loved the hot tub. Plenty of space, awesome wrap around porch. 1/4 mile trail down to the lake was cool and convenient. Check for ticks!”

“I can't say enough great things about Frank's Bird house!! It was perfect for my husband and I and a family gathering. Plenty of room, the place was immaculate clean and just stunning. Our nieces and nephew loved the downstairs area with the pool table and theater system for some movies with the family! Saw lightning bugs and deer. We have a disabled family member and the top floor worked perfect with a covered porch on the front and beautiful views from 2 back balconies with sliding glass……

“This home was a wonderful place for our family! It was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, towels in the bathroom nice, and the living room had plenty of room to relax together after a busy day on the boat! We enjoyed the pickle ball court in the morning and evening. The boat slip and easy access to the slip from the house was so nice! Communication with Sean was easy and he was responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. Our family all gave it……

“The house was perfect for our family weekend visit at Lake Cumberland and is exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed. The property is well maintained and very clean. The 5 minute drive to Burnside Marina was very convenient. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The host responded quickly when we had questions.”

“We had an incredible stay at this property! It’s conveniently located, has a nice view of the lake, and provided lots of activities to do like a pool table, ping pong table, and large TVs to watch the World Cup/play our video games. The property was very clean and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I’d recommend staying here!”

“The property was awesome. Had a family weekend for my wife’s birthday. House large enough you didn’t feel on top of one another. Can’t say enough positive things.”

“Clean”

“Its tiny little camper it has some water issues the bed has sheet plywood we bought different mattress.”

“We were unable to make the trip. Our host was gracious in understanding.”

“Don't book this rental - a few reasons. 1) I never received check-in instructions. When I messaged my host, I got a simple "they were to sent to you" message. Really?? They finally resent the instructions when I asked again. Why did I have to ask twice? 2) Very hard to find. It's a small space at the back of a building. It took me 15 minutes to find it after walking around and getting the host to explain it to me. The rental has an address but the front door had no number. It was in a dark,……
