“This property was very located to where we were visiting. It was neat, pleasant, well stocked and convenient. There was a little road noise.”

“My son and I went to Lake Dallas for a wedding and stayed at the, " Lake Dallas Guest Trottage ". The home was very clean and welcoming. There were many amenities provided for our comfort. Immediately, upon our arrival, there was communication from the owners to let us know how they could be reached if we needed anything. There are a few restaurants close by and an Albertsons within a couple of miles. I recommend this cozy little cottage by the lake.”

“This extended stay did not have some common amenities, such as washcloth and hand towels provided or even shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Though there is a kitchenette, I did not realize guests had to purchase from them the dishware, utensils, and cooking pots and pans. It made my stay challenging as it was not as expected. They would benefit from giving the room I was in a thorough cleaning and a method to freshen the smell of it. It was likely worth what was paid. I just thought I got……

“This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused……
