The property was great. It felt like a decently modern cabin in the woods. The people working there are absolutely amazing. Super friendly and curteous. The location is quite easy to find, it is quite steep up the hill. Every hotel we stay I try to give a review based on 3 things. 1. Hospitality, 2. Premise and experience 3. Above and betodn beyond
I would give it all a 5 star except the going above and and beyond. There was about 2 occasions where I needed little bit of help and both were failed. I needed to borrow a computer mouse for an hour, I had to check in

We only slept and showered in the room. I enjoyed the hot shower and felt our room was spacious and clean. I saw bad reviews and was a bit concerned but I have no complaints. The gym was nice, wish I had an opportunity to use it. Didn't have any interaction with the staff other than on check in. We grabbed a quick snack at breakfast our first morning and it was as expected. I would consider staying here again if I was ever back in the area.

Room was big enough space for everyone.quiet.
No handicap accessibility.
doors extremely difficult to open
no zero entry into shower( some members of our party unable to shower) also no handicap bars in tub. Pool was very nice and attendants very courteous but did not enforce rules especially in lazy river. Only 2 inner tubes with seats

"Seas the Day was perfect for our large group of 22 family members. We had ages from one to 76! Management was quick to respond & very nice! Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, wonderful decks, fully stocked kitchen & supplies. We could not have had a better stay!!!"

"we enjoyed this home, house was clean and everything was in good working order. The boat dock was great for swimming and the boat slip was great to have for our boat.we would have liked for there to be a slide for the kids to enjoy. overall this home accommodated our family very well"

"I've stayed in many homes on Norris and I think this has been my favorite. The lake access is rather secluded and the boat traffic minimal making for a very peaceful stay. Sara was an excellent host and I appreciate all of the communication throughout the process. Thank you!"
