“The flats are centrally located in Liskeard, easy to find, I found my apartment spotlessly clean on arrival. I would not hesitate to book again.”

“The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. Only thing I would critique is we couldn’t open window wide enough for our personal choice and could do with curtains as well blinds as that morning sun……

“I would not stay at any property managed by Pure Serviced again. The property was filthy and very tired. They arranged a boiler inspection after we had already booked and paid. The boiler subsequently started leaking at 4am the second night. I phoned their emergency number at 7.30am. No response. I called the Pure Serviced office number just after nine. No response. The Emergency plumbers turned up at 10.am. Subsequently isolated water supply and said the hot water would be off at least a day.……
