Room was exceptionally clean. Staff was ready to help with anything we needed. We were in a basement apartment, which worked well with our pet. The only thing was being able to hear flushing from the upstairs unit. And only one chair at the table. I’m sure if we would’ve Thank you for the stay.

Low key property but plenty offered if we wanted to do it. Next stay we would branch out to some other restaurants. Leavenworth is a nice little town,close to Weston where went for the day.

A decent stay

The staff was super friendly and professional. The location was clean, safe, and close to everything. The internet was great the entire time. However, I was there over a week and never got room service and breakfast was hit or miss. No consistency there.

Great concept of taking an old, existing building & repurposing it. We arrived just before the employee at the front desk was ready to leave. So, when we found that there was no blanket for the pull-out sofa, we were out of luck. We had to improvise. Other than that, it was pleasant. Just wish there had been breakfast.

This hotel should not be on hotels.com

I already submitted my complaint. Hotel Staff was unprofessional.They did not know how to use their computer and lied about my refund and about emailing me as requested. Rooms smelled like sewage and rooms were not ada accessible and fire hazards. Rooms are located in a basement with only one way in and out. Staff acknowledged these concerns and verbalized that these have been issues that they are aware of.

We appreciated the large room for our family of five (king bed, queen bed and sofa bed). Large but unusual room that had chalkboards along one wall. Nice kitchen area. Plenty of parking behind hotel. We were charged an amount on our credit card at check-in even though we had paid thru expedia (BUT this charge was removed from our credit card statement so maybe it was a damage deposit of some kind? idk) Breakfast offerings could be greatly improved - was just prepackaged muffins and cartons of OJ. But overall, the beds were comfortable & we could all stay together in one room so we'd stay again.

Got a standard room and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities in the room such as dishes and coffee. However, all the extra doors being locked was a big hassle to deal with and when I wanted to check out no one was at the front desk.
