“Staff was very courteous and facilities were clean. The suite with 2 queen beds was perfect for our family. The downside to our room was we were on the 2nd floor and the blue lights on outside of the hotel were right outside our window and very bright. Some extra shades that fully covered with window would have been great. Also breakfast wasn’t ready until 7:30, not a big deal for us but other guests left.”

“it was a very nice stay. but the curtains didn't cover the window opening and sic nice we were on the first floor it was a security concern. I did report to front desk. they said they'd see what they could do but it doesn't look like they could do anything bc nothing was done. the hotel had a good location. the room was spacious and comfortable. they let us have all the blankets and pillows we required. the front staff was professional and friendly. they knew the area well. having a cup of tea……

“Hotel gave us our privacy but was attentive to things we asked for. Despite the bad reviews online it wasn’t as dirty as some made it seem. Need more breakfast options though”

“Breakfast, the fresh made waffles were the best toped with butter, bananas and syrup. The staff was friendly and great. We even forgot a phone and charger and had to return to the hotel after check out and guess what, the phone and charger was waiting for us. Thank you so much! ”
