“This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. I stayed for 5 days and did not have a single proper hot shower. From the very first day I reported the problem to the front desk. Instead of fixing it, they came to my room hours later while I wasn’t there, turned on the shower in the afternoon, and sent me a video claiming there was hot water. I believe the building has a centralized water heater that simply cannot keep up with demand.……

“We chose this property because of the included parking. As it turned out, after making the non-refundable reservation, parking wasn't included because we had a small SUV. We were given two addresses of nearby parking lots, one of which we couldn't find and the other of which didn't accept cars overnight.
