The hotel was wonderful, staff were amazing, inside the hotel was clean, and the rooms were large and very clean, but I was disappointed in the condition of the city of Naples. There was trash everywhere , and a large population of homeless right out front of the hotel. And the graffiti that is everywhere, including on historical buildings and sites was truly disheartening."

The service at the restaurant by the pool at night was great and the food was delicious. Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room was on the lower level and was not updated, but quite large with a nice outdoor patio leading to the beautiful gardens. Hotel is located about a 15minute walk from town but it is a relatively easy walk."
