“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“The hotel is fabulous; beautiful decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff/owners, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price and at a great location in Milford Haven (above the port, just a street down from the high street, with a beautiful promenade walk right out front of the hotel).
We were only here for 1 night as a stopover after a day at Skomer Island before we headed off to Cardiff for a hen do and it was perfect, exactly what we needed, as it was just a short drive from Martins haven……
