“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“We had to switch rooms because our thermostat wasn’t working. The gal at the desk was awesome. Very accommodating. I used the fitness center. We had been on the road three days and it felt good to get some exercise. This was a new facility with superb amenities. We would definitely stay there again.”

“After a long day of travel, o needed a clean & quiet place to sleep & hopefully have a meal. Check-in was unclear but ended up being in the bar. There was a packaged charcuterie board I could purchase, otherwise, I had to ask for directions for places to eat (no info in the room, unlike usual accommodations which supply that). I repeatedly asked for clearer directions reminding the bartender im not from around the area. Myself & another guest were next door to one another & the walls were……

“This was a scary stay. I told my kids that I thought that I was staying at the Bates Motel (google the movie Psycho if you are not familiar). It is in a desolate area and gave off a creepy vibe. The parking lot has huge potholes. The room itself was pretty good. I have no complaints there. No coffee or breakfast available in the morning. Good internet connection, which was an issue with other hotels that I have stayed at. I would not stay here again.”

“Excellent stay for two days with family. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and both the dinner snacks during happy hour and breakfast were amazing. The facility is well maintained, and the overall experience was very good. One drawback we noticed was that the bathroom exhaust fan in Room #325 was not working. Other than that, everything was great, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit KC.”

“The room was outdated and looked worn. Some of the outlets didn't work and the ac was practically worthless. We asked for a roll out bed, but we were told the hotel doesn't furnish those. We also asked for a fan to make the room more tolerable, but they couldn't furnish that either. No wonder this place had rooms available close to Memorial Day.”

I ended up purchasing a mattress topper to make it comfortable for me and my husband. The bathroom door didn't close completely. The couch had stains on it. It didn't smell or anything and it was clean.”
