“The staff was a mess”

“Bad insulation noise controls,bad smoke, and dirty floor. We can’t sleep because of next door customer’s snoring all night, and his dog keeps digging and barking. It seems like there was bug. My wife got bug bites next morning. And the swimming pool was freezing. The hot tub was so dirty, the dead skin floating .we booked a non-smoke room, but once we opened the door, the serious smoke right into our face. “Staff was nice, but facility is run down”

“Motel was clean and staff were friendly. But two things were wrong. First, a bedside alarm was set that woke me up at 4am. Housekeeping should have made sure to disable the device. Who needs a bedside clock anyway? We all have phones. Second, the Keurig coffee maker in the room was broken. So at 4 am I had to put clothes on and truck to the lobby to get some coffee. And it was cold. Otherwise, just a delight.”
