“The front desk was incapable to order a taxi. We had to drive our own car and got 20 min late to our discussion. It is actually shocking for such a fancy place. ”

The mansion has been beautifully preserved and simultaneously updated with all the modern amenities needed to be comfortable, including well-equipped bathrooms and comfortable beds. The owners love to make breakfast for the guests so don’t skip that part of the experience. Cornwall itself is a hidden gem and wonderful escape. Enjoy! ”

“Did not see many of the things in the hotels description. We had no microwave in the room. Didn't find the work-out room, or laundry. The continental breakfast was very plain, nothing extra. And no restaurant. ”

“I was unable to checkout properly as no no one was at the front desk. My kids had to be somewhere and I waited for an hour and had to leave my room keys with a kitchen staff member. This is unacceptable to not to have someone at the front desk. ”
