“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations……

“My first time in a pod hotel, I was travelling solo for a concert in London and at £60 I didn’t question it. However I was very pleased with my stay, I arrived at the hotel, which you cannot gain entry for without your QR code so immediately felt very safe. Once inside i was early but had a WhatsApp upon use of my code to say my room was ready. So I dropped my bag and left for the concert. “The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is chic, clean and about 2 blocks to the Kensington High Street tube station. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Highly recommend.”
