Better than any other ibis

Best ibis I've ever stayed at. Rooms were modern and spacious shower and bathroom. Had a problem with the TV remote which was solved immediately when I contacted reception.

Weekend stay aligned with sister’s birthday who stays nearby. Good hotel with some minor issues like broken handle on bathroom door and shower tray missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay due to location and given best hotel in this area

Great location, hotel is good, albeit the room is basic, however it’s clean and tidy, with the added bonus of being only 5 minutes walk from Sutton train station, so is perfect for when we visit our friends who live local.

Pleasant stay

Two night stay very convenient to town Centre and station. Fast check in and good sized bedroom. Fantastic shower and a very comfortable stay. There were no towels in the bedroom on arrival but this was fixed quickly and efficiently. Only other problem was that the bathroom extractor would not turn off so could be heard through the night. Breakfast was ok .

I needed an iron and the staff were very helpful. The bar wasn't open on a Friday night. Why? So convenient being just around the corner from the station and many eateries. Very decent breakfast. Lovely staff.

Perfectly adequate

It's fine. The rooms are new and great. The service a bit so so, hotel has a 'policy' (without explanation of why) of insisting on photo ID, but in the UK there's no obligation to carry any form of ID, and after persisting they did check me in validating my payment details to my booking. The latter seemed reasonable, no idea why they just could have said, if you can't we'll need to check your payment details match up.

The room was clean and comfortable. I booked half board but there was some confusion as to what half board meant when i checked in. when I went down for my evening meal i waited at the bar 10 minutes and there were no staff so I had to poke my head round the kitchen door to get someone to serve me. I ordered the lasagne which was no better than a cheap microwave meal from a supermarket. very disappointing. I would stay again for convenience for work but would eat out instead
