Although the unit is ground floor and located at the parking lot side made for not so quiet mornings and late evenings. AC filter was nasty, rug in livingroom had not been vacuum and there was sunflower hulls all under the coffee table, and bath towels smelled sour. There was long black hairs all in the guest bed.
