"The property was really nice, everyone is so nice and welcoming. Cleanliness was okay, rose petals were left under the bed. Mirrors above tub were printed up from last guests. Otherwise things were clean. Food was excellent both from on site bar & restaurant inside check in. The night club was also great, awesome band and even saw a comedy show throughout the night. On site Spa was great. Me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed out stay and plan to go again! "

" We recently stayed at this lovely little hotel in town while on a family snow tubing trip. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly from the start, and it really showed when I realized I’d lost one of my AirPods Pro 2. I called the front desk, and the receptionist immediately checked our room and found it wedged between the wall and the carpet. To our surprise, they not only found it but also mailed it back to us free of charge. This kind of above‑and‑beyond service is rare and truly deserves recognition. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. "

"Enjoyed the upgrade (paid) to the 2 bedroom. Beautiful view of the slopes from the floor leveled outdoor terrace. Great location to the arcade and indoor waterpark. Unfortunately, our fire place didn’t work. Called, but nobody came. Went snow tubing during the evening. Picked a great time, less crowds. It became crowded shortly after. 2nd day (Saturday) was spent at the indoor waterpark. Very crowded!! Suggest getting there before 10:30 am to find a table / chairs or book a cabana. There was nothing left by noon. Next time I will know how to plan better, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to return during the summer months to check out the outdoor activities. Shuttles are convenient when it’s crowded & parking. "
