“The log home was a wonderful place to gather for Christmas with our family who came from MN, ND and AZ. Sue is an amazing host - so responsive and easy to work with. The kitchen was fully stocked and living rooms were set up great for our 3 granddaughters to play Barbies and show off dance moves. We had one campfire and the scenery was so beautiful. We will book again!! ”

“This was an amazing, beautiful space! It was so welcoming and warm and provided entertainment for adults and kids alike. The fireplace and hot tub critical as we were in -20 degree weather. The house was furnished with absolutely everything we needed. Evan was promptly responsive to the couple questions we had and and VERY gracious in allowing us to stay warm in the house after check-out when the truck battery died (thanks again Evan!) Amazing space. Amazing hosts. We intend to be back!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house worked very well for our family group of 15 & the location was very convenient to Crosslake. However we arrived after the first snowfall & the driveway & steps were not cleared. You have to climb the steps to access the house & they were slippery. We could not find a shovel & the access to the room above the garage was not obvious when nothing was cleared. Also, the garbage service had not picked up the garbage from the previous week. These issues were……

“Great location. Cute home. Please ask home owner to remove that there is a fire place in this house, there is not. Also should disclose the narrow stair case to the 2 out of 3 bedrooms in case someone with a handicap wants to rent. Please also put a disclaimer in your book or somewhere that the furnace may smell like gas upon initial heat up as I was scared for my family all night after the CO2 detector went off (we determined the batteries were bad in the detector). Something really should be……

“Our stay at this beautiful lake home was absolutely wonderful. The house was in close proximity to relatives who live on a nearby lake. The property is very nice, with views of Johnson Lake, which is very pretty. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. There is spacious living area, which is perfect for family gatherings and game nights. The bedrooms……
