“Pros: Views, decent pool area, peaceful surroundings. Cons: Super hard mattress (woke up with back aches), cheap, rough bedding and worn towels that badly need replacing. Felt like a motel quality stay honestly—my friend and I felt like we were glamping. Food and water amenities were overpriced as we found better, cheaper options offsite. Had to request maintenance for slow draining sink and low water pressure. Bed creaked.”

“I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone. Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful.”

“It’s a scam company together with Casa Luna. Paid a 9.4 hotel and got sent to Casa Luna, their low rate hostel. I tried Casa Luna on a previous trip. Unless you noice levels like a Turkish bazar on two sides of your room. A dirty stinky filthy kitchen across and no services at all. Even on my strong complaints the staff gives a damn. No refund offered, no apology. And…. Antique Luna was still available 2 hours later. Scam artists ”
