“Our first contact was the front desk agent, Stephon. He was genuinely happy to help us. Since we were new to the area, he took all the time to answer questions and give us suggestions. He gave us a map, some pamphlets and the menu (very affordable) for the restaurant. He really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was well appointed and spacious. Rate was good. ”

“Room was very clean and friendly service at the front counter. Parking was light up and safe.”

“We love Eureka Springs and we were so excited to stay at the Basin Hotel. Every single staff member we interacted with were unbelievably kind and fun. We even had the surprise of having an upgraded room. Of course this is an old building, but the cleanliness was up to par. We loved grabbing a couple drinks at the bar and hanging out in the game room, it was a blast. Although we enjoyed doing our fair share of walking around town, having access to the shuttle service was such a huge benefit, that……
