“The location was central to places we wanted to visit. The area seemed safe and the property was secure. Parking was available which was helpful in a town where parking places are at a premium. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Everything seemed modern and fairly new.”

“You get what you pay for. The Inn was probably built in the 70s and was very unattractive. The room was cheap. The check in was underwhelming, the room smelt of dampness, mould and cheap detergent. I never took my shoes off due to the dirty carpet and brown stains on the bathroom floor. There were black hairs all over the bathroom and in one of the beds and may be others but we chose not to look. Light came through the bedroom blind. The bar was full of tvs showing football, loud music and……

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and there was a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The stay was let down by the breakfast. The bacon was excellent, my sausage was pink in the middle so I only ate half, the mushrooms were tinned or something similar, the tomato wasn’t cooked and the potato things were frozen. The eggs were probably good but I don’t eat eggs. The cost of this very poor breakfast for the two of us was £40+. The……

“We had a fantastic meal, nights stay and breakfast at The Feathered Nest Inn, it was a great experience. Right from the start we felt welcomed, the room was spotless and the views overlooking the countryside was idyllic. The food was incredible, some of the best food we have ever eaten and to top of off, breakfast was just as good. We are already planning our visit back!”

“Ci siamo innamorati di questo posto e ci è dispiaciuto tanto passarci una notte sola! Il pub è molto caratteristico e la camera era accogliente e pulita, con tutti i prodotti necessari e anche qualche coccola in più, molto apprezzata, come cioccolata e biscotti. Menzione d'onore al letto, che era comodissimo. Abbiamo dormito veramente bene! Anche la colazione ottima!!! E' possibile ordinare un piatto a scelta all'interno del loro menu alla carta, estremamente completo, e i piatti erano veramente……
