Tucked in side road, QUIET! Repairs on street immediately outside, not in control of hotel. Loved the hand-drawn map, but needed more clear landmarks such as street names in immediate area. Coffee during week was cold and bad-not expected in Italy, however, we were in dining room the last hour of breakfast. Very helpful staff. Easy access from train station.

Lucca is a gem.
Stayed here to start my hike on the Via Francigena. Very quiet and comfortable room in the Annex. Nice Italian breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff.

Nice stay
Convenient location, short walk from train station. Very clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Continental breakfast had plenty to choose from.

Perfect location, walkable to the train station and many restaurants and shops. Big bathroom and spacious room. A little to noisy and A/C didn't feel to much.

Sjarmerende hotell
Veldig hyggelig lite hotell i gamlebyen i Lucca med sjarm og fantastisk betjening. Smakfull og godt vedlikeholdt innredning.God frokost. Det eneste negative for oss var litt smale og harde senger.

Great hotel in Lucca
Lovely, quiet hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station , and round the corner from Duomo San Martino. Had a very friendly welcome on check in. I stayed in the annex, which was lovely and quiet. Nice size room, spacious bathroom.

Awesome place - loved Lucca!
We had a wonderfull time in Lucca. Such a charming hotel with super friendly staff. We had 2 days in Lucca, which was fine. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the little town. I would definitely recommend this place!

A gem in a perfect Italian city!

Really nice property easy to find and close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. I would stay here again if in the area.

Good location, very friendly staff
Very much in the old part of Lucca, near the important sites, however quiet as it is in a narrow alley. The room was small but comfortable, though may not suit those who are claustrophobic. The staff are very nice. You might hear Claudia doing a Whitney Houston impersonation. We were cordially invited to a coffee when we were leaving.
