“Great stay”

“The view of the Allegany River is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The decor makes it feel like home rather than a hotel room. The "take and go" breakfast has a very limited selection. However, the room and the other amenities by far outweigh the limited breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Our room appeared clean until I went into bathroom and found hair on the vanity, so I cleaned it myself. As I was getting into the shower I grabbed the floormat and it was soaked and again had hair on it. I had called the desk for extra pillows and when she came I had showed her the bathroom and bathmat she offered to bring me a new and that was all! No care if our room was actually cleaned! Will not recommend!”

“The staff were friendly and helpful. Even offered coupons to local restaurants which we used. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay there again if traveling that way again.”

“My fiance and I stayed here for the night because we had a wedding to go to and I want to say this was the best place we have stayed. Staff were nice and I loved the lady that got the breakfast set up. She was bubbly and very nice. She played some music and singing. Very delightful!”

“The hotel is in need of having repairs finished. It looks like a flood or something damaged the carpet in the hallway at the far end. Carpet pieces were missing and this is a trip hazard. The air conditioner in my room worked very well, but there were gaps in the wall where it is located. A roll of foam sealant was left on the floor of the balcony, perhaps to seal up the air conditioner. Also repairs were made tot he tub that looked awful. I believe the tub needs replacing.”

“ELECTRIC WENT OUT AND PLACE WONT REFUND MY MONEY. PAID $200 MORE FOR HOT TUB AND COULDNT USE BECAUSE ELECTRIC WAS OUT ALL NIGHT. WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! OTHER THAN THAT THE STAFF AND PLACE WAS GREAT!”
