“this place is awful. dirty and disgusting. roaches and bed bugs. never will i start there again. linen was dirty. room smelled gross. ”

“My experience during Easter weekend in Claremore near Tulsa in Oklahoma. I checked in and was told $100 cash deposit. Online it says $150. He finally took $106 on credit card. I was told the $6 was the fee for any damages etc. I get home and see that the hotel charged me another $94 and some change. I called and the front desk stated that was an accident and he refunded both charges. Here is the thing. They charged me $6 for the accident they did. I ONLY GOT $188 back. $100 + $94 should have……

“Elevator chime was more like a gong and kept me up at night because I could hear it as it hit every single floor. Carpet tiles in room coming up and kept tripping over. No humidity exhaust in bathroom so water runs down the walls when you take a shower. 99% sure there's mold somewhere behind the mirror, etc because I'm allergic and couldn't stop sneezing whenever I was in the room.
