“this place is awful. dirty and disgusting. roaches and bed bugs. never will i start there again. linen was dirty. room smelled gross. ”

“Hotel needs a deep clean. The carpets are dirty, walls are pretty gross with spills, splatters, and unknown substances. It also has a very musty smell through hallways. The rooms are large, bathrooms are small, and beds are pretty comfortable.”

“The staff was excellent! However there was offensive smells in hallway followed by the overwhelming smell of bug spray in the room which triggered an asthma attack. A spider in the bathroom. And we immediately had to leave as I couldn’t breathe. My daughter also had trouble breathing and got dizzy. I took a breathing treatment and she went back in to check out/cancel the room. The manager removed all fees for us immediately. As she also didn’t want me to end up in the hospital with asthma……

“Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!”

“In general the room was fine and the front office staff helpful. What brings down the rating so much is the breakfast or lack thereof. We arrived in the breakfast room with basically an hour left on the time the room was open but there was almost no food. Eggs, biscuits, sausage and other items were depleted. When we asked if they would be refilled we were told they would not. Thus we had to leave and eat in a restaurant”

“I get it, the place is old but the microwave didn’t work right; there was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap for both shower and sink. It would have been nice if there was a deadbolt in the door but alas there wasn’t, just a hole, so only a chain to keep anyone out. And a gap in the door to the outside. The parking lot needs attention for sure. But the mattress was good. The girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay there again. A sad tribute to Will Rogers.”

“The room was gross. There were cigarette burns and stains on every piece of bedding. Large spills on the wall that were never cleaned. The bathroom was not clean. We didn’t even end up staying because it was so bad. The lady at check in was very friendly but the gentleman the we asked about the bedding stated “I don’t know it happens.” By far the worst place I have ever stayed.”

“I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the updates that were made in the room. I would stay there again if I’m in the Tulsa area again.”

“Bugs everywhere. Looks nothing like the photos. The webpage mentioned a pool and jacuzzi, but neither were available. They didn’t appear to have been used in months, empty and full of crap (according to the kids). On arrival, I waited for 10 minutes for assistance. The janitorial staff stopped and got us help. We got as far as the room, then immediately turned around and left. The manager was quick to help us check out and refund our money at that point. They seemed to not be surprised by our……
