Very nice hotel in the suburbs paid hotel parking but lots of places on the street in front of the hotel free of charge, train station about 1000m from the hotel, clean and nice staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast not too rich but good.

The location/price is perfect for visiting Parque Warner Madrid. Getting to the city itself can be quite a hassle even with a GPS (tunnels). Breakfast could be improved, but it's good enough. The rooms for families of 4 get a bit crowded.

It was an excellent place to stay. Far away from central Madrid. The easiest way to move around it's having your own transportation. Public transportation is kind of far (20mins walking) The property was just waht we needed. Clean and quiet. The receptionist Maria was a great help, very informative. She showed us how to get to the places wee need to go. Breakfast menu has multiple choices. All staff were very professional.

Unmanaged children, large school groups, pulling fire alarms at night! Transportation is a JOKE, lobby full of police as it is the ONLY place to get a coffee within a 30-45 minute walk! Breakfast was marginal. It is a LIE that metro is close by, it is NOT IN MADRID!!!!

nos encanto el Hotel. Todo el personal de trabajo del hotel fue muy amable desde la recepción, restaurante y personal de aseo. La cena te permiten realizar cambios al menú de acuerdo a tus necesidades. muy bien ubicado si van para el Parque Warner y centros comerciales. muy recomendado

Fue un viaje en familia para visitar el parque Warner, Warner Beach y ver Madrid, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, la limpieza es excelente, los desayunos están bien, es un hotel muy tranquilo, la cama de matrimonio era bastante cómoda, las almohadas para nuestro gusto algo blandas y delgadas, sin problema de aparcamiento
