“Really nice breakfast, great parking, huge pool and good location, need a car to get around for sure but at reception they will help you get one delivered to the hotel. Superb overall.”

“Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. ”

“Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was quite small and needed more shelving to make it usable. The mirror was placed too high above the sink for the average woman to see herself. I was surprised that for a B&B there were no charming toiletries packaged together. There was no box of tissues anywhere to be found and no full length mirror to check one’s appearance. Very basic.”

“Roberto and Victoria are lovely! So nice, very helpful and breakfast was so nice out in the garden! Roberto can’t do enough for you! Hotel is up around the middle of the town, well located to go up or down and near everything! The room we had was old, crowded and bathroom very tiny, even hard for my husband to fit between the sink and wall to get to the toilet, it’s just that the property is old and not renovated so understandable but because I depend a lot on reviews, I’m telling it like it……

“This property was in a beautiful location just outside of the town of Montepulciano. The room was perfect for us and our 15yrs daughter, including air conditioning (thank goodness as we had a major heatwave 40+ degrees!). The pool was also beautiful and refreshing, with large umbrellas, and a great view of town! We chose to include breakfast which was also wonderful. The young man at the front desk offered excellent suggestions for dinner in town.”

“Beautiful quiet location, great pool and well maintained gardens, with some beautiful roses. Restaurant was excellent. It's about 25 minutes from Montepulciano but it's an easy drive and country roads. has the advantage of being 20 minutes from Castiglione del Largo and Lago Trasimeno. Staff were very helpful.”

“The porsenna resort is a wonderful quiet retreat in the country side . It is very close to several touristy towns and has easy access roads . The rooms are large , but the shower is small . The included breakfast is amazing . The view is spectacular , very nice sunset view while having an aperitif.”
