Open staircase could be unsafe for very young children and multiple steps be difficult for infirm to negotiate. Lovely large and well maintained pool and poolside area. “The only downfall was the location. There isn’t anything to walk to or go to by the hotel. However, the host did get us a free shuttle from a restaurant who did take us to that part of the city and brought us back. That was a nice added touch. Basically, we needed a place to sleep for a layover and this was perfect for what we needed.”

“If you need to spend a night between planes in Athens - this is a fantastic place to spend it. First of all, we were OUR people. No problem with checking in after 11PM! There were enough comfy beds for all of us. AC was perfect. There is a Nespresso capsule machine and plenty of capsules. Little snacks. Everything you need. Excellent internet. A lovely outside sitting area. A 15 minute drive to the airport! (which doesn't make the ride cheap, BTW) Truly excellent!”

The room felt dirty, the shower curtain had mold, and we saw two bugs on the floor. The AC did not cool the room well, so it was very hot. There were also strange red lights in the room, which made the overall feel uncomfortable. The walls were very thin, and the people next door were loud until late at night, so……
