“Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. ”

“The staff were amazing. I had altitude sickness and one of the owners quickly provided me with water and cocoa tea. The owners have a baby there and it felt very family friendly. He was very cute. My room had a great comfortable bed and the shower was great. There is the sound of running water as it is by a river but i found it calming to sleep to. Amazing place, would stay here 10/10!”

“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“The solo room is NOT a private bathroom, which was an unwelcome surprise that was not clear on Expedia when I booked. The shared bathroom was gross, it didn't seem to be cleaned much since the bathmat didn't change in the 2 days I was there despite being soaking wet. The bathroom smelled mouldy. The garbage was changed and the room was made, but that's about it. The breakfast was minimal and not that great tbh. You can ask for eggs to be made which is nice, but the continental breakfast was……
