Everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. I wasn’t feeling well during my stay, and it also happened to be my birthday yesterday. The wonderful staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special and unforgettable. They decorated the rooftop beautifully with roses, balloons, and a lovely carpet. The food was delicious, and the birthday cake was absolutely amazing! To the entire Kantu Hotel staff: you are truly too good to be true! ❤️ Thank you for making my birthday so memorable and for taking such wonderful care of me. "Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stored our bags for 3 days while we went to Machu Pichu. The room was huge, clean, and designed well. Very quiet with 1 metre thick walls. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a bit of a maze with multiple courtyards but they have good signage so you don't get lost. The area is very central and walkable."
