“There was no water in the taps/shower on day 1. The lady at reception knew about it in the night itself about the water problem when we checked in but never tried to sort out or arrange anything. "I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel during my time in Cusco. The hospitality was exceptional throughout the journey — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with arrangements, recommendations, and support after long hiking days. One thing that really stood out was the laundry service. It was fast, efficient, and the quality was excellent, which made a huge difference after returning from trekking. The hotel environment was also incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Located in the charming San Blas area, it provided the perfect atmosphere to recharge and rest after intensive hikes around Cusco and Machu Picchu.
