"Dans la chambre une lumière au plafond à clignoté toute la nuit. Accueil épouvantable. Employée bête et méchante. J'ai demandé comme d'habitude le petit dejeuner dans la chambre. Elle m'a donné un formulaire. J'ai coche café et lui ai dit que jetais pas buen, trop fatiguee pour tout lire mais due je voulais un petit dejeuner classique. J'ai appelé le matin, redemande la même chose et elle n'a jamais voulu qu'on m'apporte autre chose qu'un café. C'est du vol pur et simple."

"The pillows were like rocks and there are no other options. Secondly, there is an atrium on the ground floor that is open to the interior rooms. There was someone talking loudly there until we called the front desk at 3am."

"Excellent! Pay attention to directions for hotel room. Hahaha. We walked the whole place with all of our bags. Up and down stairs and back to the start to do it again. The build we stayed in was about 50 feet from room you get the keys in. The extra was our fault. Mont Saint Michel. Is a lot of stairs up and down. Just understand, if you are out of shape, it will be tough. We knew this and still hiked it again(without the bags). It was beautiful!!! Day and Night! We also opted for the full board to included dinner and breakfast was included with room. Remember Full board does not mean anything on the menu. It includes certain items. We opted for the omelette. There are many other things to choose that cost extra. In all we loved everthing about the place.(except the hike with bags)"

"First you have to check in to a “Main” hotel that monitors all hotels in Mont St Michel. Doesn’t matter what the name of your hotel is…. They check you in and give you directions to “pick up” your key. At 4:00pm. Then your sent yo the actual hotel you signed pd for. No desk clerk."
