“Need to bring some blankets incase it gets cold at night, there was no chairs on the deck but we had some with us. If you like camping awesome”

“The cabin itself was lovely, very rustic. The location was perfect for my family to fish the Margaree River pools. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cabin had cobwebs and quite dusty. The pullout bed was made but full of crumbs and dust bunnies. I believe it’s most likely from not being used and folded up inside the couch, if you have a hide a bed that doesn’t get used often you know. (Cleaning staff were great to deal with) The bathroom smelled musty All and all it wasn’t THAT……

“The waterfront views and location are the best things about this property. However, the unit is very dated and doesn’t match the price. The furnishings need updating, the A/C only worked by plugging it in or unplugging it, the Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day, and we had no hot water until maintenance reset the system. With some renovations and better maintenance, this could be a great place to stay.”

“Was pleasantly surprised at how lovely and well maintained this property was. We stayed in room 8 which gave us our own balcony with chairs to enjoy our morning coffee. We also loved that they thought of everything robes for the hot tub, tea and Nespresso coffee , snacks and wonderful bath products . It is on the Main Street of Chéticamp which I hadn’t noticed in booking but it was a wonderful haven for our last night of our road trip nonetheless.”

“Cute place to stay to start a Cape Breton Tour. We overnighted here before a golf trip at Cabot Links. Our chalet was very functional and cozy. The dinner and live music were excellent and fun! Check out was slow and inconvenient- staff have multiple duties that slowed things down.”
