“Our stay was very good. For the price and location (just 1 mile from our son's apartment), we were very pleased. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the state of the property was quite good - and cleaner than we expected. We will definitely stay there again, whenever we visit our son. There is also tons of shopping and restaurants within less than a mile.”

“Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful. Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices.”

“Upon arrival it’s a normal quality inn no trash in the parking lot which was nice, each side had decent parking so it wasn’t hard to find a spot. I will say it’s nice not long walk to the front of the building after 9 when the close the other door. But it only takes a few minutes. The lady at the front desk talks fast lol but she was super friendly. As far as the room they were decent I did see they offered shampoo, conditioner and after shower lotion, while I didn’t use them I think they should……

“The reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub, and it was broke water sprayed everywhere. The room was clean but the outside appearance was horrible. Trash was everywhere outside. There was a pool but it was empty. Staff was polite. Definitely won't stay there ever again. There was mold under the sink area and fleas”

“The first night I killed 3 roaches and have pictures, asked the staff and cleaning lady personally I didn't need housekeeping working 7pm to 7am and didn't want disturbed. Still knocked and woke me up everyday. I would give negative stars if available and would rather sleep under a bridge then go back there.”

“Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.”

“Hotel did not understand the room rate that I received from Expedia, but they finally accepted it. Website shows all rooms have tubs — but our room did not have a tub (and my wife dislikes showers). Pool was out of order and unusable. AC was functioning poorly and required augmentation AC units in the breakfast area and on the floors. Breakfast was quite acceptable.”

“原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！”
