“Breakfast had fixings for burritos- very good. They were asphaling the parking lot so parking was confusing. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!”

“Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!”

“The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

“I am not a hotel snob. I usually know what I am getting myself but this hotel was just something else. So much so that my family only stayed 1 night instead of the 2 we booked and drove back to our home. Room 28 smelled like cigarettes, there was chipping paint on the walls, mold on the bathroom walls, spiders in the corner of the wall. The beds, when you pulled the covers back were disgusting. The AC unit sounded like it was dying the whole time being used. There was an issue with their……

“The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“Great stay, close to the college, and short drive from the airport. Clean rooms, great staff, good location. Would stay again no doubt. Breakfast was included.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”
