You had to get ice from front desk and only got 1/2 bucket. The staff nice , They have long term rental there…. “They are a RIP OFF!! I booked several rooms, AND PAID IN ADVANCE, for many days for several of our employees because we are working out of state, for quite awhile. We had a Sunday off, so some of our guys drove home for a day and a half, only to find that they had been booted from their rooms. After HOURS of dealing with Expedia, I was PROMISED refunds for the rooms. I still haven’t seen the refunds. I didn’t even get a promise of a refund on one room, so I am out HUNDREDS of dollars.
