“The property was very nice, it had everything we needed and it was very clean. Only thing we would have liked better is a larger hot water tank but we would stay again. The caretaker we very nice and helpful.”

“We stayed here as base camp for exploring Pictured Rocks with 2 young kids and 2 adults. Cabin was very clean and a nice quiet location. We did hear the dogs at the nearby dog sled camp at night howling, but it wasn't that bad and usually didn't last long. We just pretended it was some Wolf's howling. WiFi worked good, cell service is very poor with Verizon. We never tried the TV. Newer propane grill was nice. Outdoor table only has 3 chairs and was in pretty rough condition and is ready to be……

“This is our second time staying at this property. We love the size of the home and 2 bathrooms! “Cabin was excellent. We loved the view of the lake. Even though it was chilly and snowed one day we still went down by the water and enjoyed looking at the rocks. It is in a nice location to visit many destinations in the UP.”

“We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The property and lake are beautiful and the house is very roomy for large families. We came for ice fishing and caught over 20 pike in a few days. Management was also very responsive when we had a question.”

“This little cabin was fantastic, even for just a couple. Every detail was perfect. Anything one could need was right there in the cabin- making things so easy and stress free. The lake was beautiful, from sunrise to sunset. It was so nice to be truely alone, like stepping back in time. We relaxed, read books, had bonfires, star gazed, and BBQed! It was really such a perfect family place- we felt guilty leaving the kids with grandma for our anniversary trip. We will be back and will be bringing……

“The location was excellent but a few things were lacking. The AC was completely inadequate to deal with hot days. It's just a portable unit that is probably capable of dealing with room less than half the size of the property. Thus we had to run it far more than we - and the owner - would have liked, during the hottest days of summer. The portable AC vented through a window, which made the home insecure.
