“I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7.”

“Do not believe the fake 10/10 reviews. Read through the 2/10 reviews. They are spot on. The room was disgusting. Filthy bathroom, filthy bathtub, huge blood stain on the mattress under the mattress pad, food on the floor between the bed and the nightstand.
