“No pool, ice machines, or refrigerators in working order. Not very clean! Don’t recommend.”

“I would recommend for people to not even try to go to this hotel. They blamed everything on Expedia. I had not once had an issue with Expedia, and they overbooked themselves. I didn't get the room I paid for but yet I paid the amount of upgraded room it said upgraded. And then when I looked at the other rooms that were the same as what I had, they were a $100. So I had to pay $75 more per night for an upgraded room that was not upgraded. I'm still not getting any help from Expedia either, and……

“Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well……

“The hotel room and common areas were all well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything you need and nothing you don't. The front desk staff was friendly, but need more training. They didn't seem to know how to handle anything other than basic checking in or checking out. For example, checking out a day early when reservations were made through Expedia. The hotel has been open less than a year. I'm sure this will improve with time.”

“Room wasn’t the cleanest- few stray hairs scattered in the bathroom.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”
