“Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft und die Vermieter superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere der Garten mit Bambus-Pavillon ist wunderschön gestaltet und gemütlich. Die in den Bildern gezeigten Gartenbereiche inklusive Pavillon stehen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht auf das Meer und Menton sind traumhaft und nicht zu überbieten. Auch der Pool mit Duschmöglichkeit steht zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung, ist überdacht und sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ebenso sauber und……

“Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.”

“I booked the home many weeks in advance with it saying on Expedia it was fully refundable up until a day before arriving. I tried to cancel the stay because our flight was cancelled and there was no refund. When I tried to contact the owner several times I received no response and was billed 100% of the rental rate. Not only will I not stay here again, I will not trust any of these “homes” to honor their refund policy.”
