There is electricity and tv, but no water and the bathroom is not finished but there is a port a potty outside that is completely disgusting. “This cabin is brand new, under three weeks old. It is in a very quiet area. ATV trailhead is just down the street maybe a 1/4 mile. We didn't stay here to ride the trails but to see family. Cabin has a queen bed, fold out (very comfortable) couch. Huge bathroom with shower/tub. Lots of storage. Kitchen with a big stove. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to questions.
