“The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. “We enjoyed our stay at the Royal however we do have to unfortunately mention the male bar staff that was very unhelpful when we asked for a drinks around 5.30 we were asked to wait as he was preparing bar snacks for 7 o’clock, while he then asked what we wanted he was unwilling to give us the 2 glasses of wine, and said we could buy the bottle which we declined. The reception, cleaning, breakfast staff were all very helpful.”
