A lovely oasis in an overwhelmingly busy city. Front desk staff was very helpful. Concierge staff let us down a bit- saying symphony tickets were sold out, but were available when went to go purchase them ourselves. Pool area was usable, but under construction. Like many hotels, the light switches were unnecessarily complicated. Breakfast shop was great. Oh- the tub in the bathroom was too small to use. Not possible to even sit in. Still- the hotel was very nice.
