“Very good hotel,we had an issue with the heating in the room but informed reception who offered to move us to another room or put a heater in our room,we took up the latter and had a nice meal in the restaurant and when we went back to the room the heater was already there,so 1st class service.”

“First time we stayed at double tree Stayed as a family two adult and two children Nice atmosphere Nice lobby and common areas Rooms are to a good standard Staff are lovely During our dinner the dinner party sitting next to us the child had an asthma attack in the restaurant, it was a pleasure to see all the staff provide immediate assistant to the table, bringing water, some ice cream for the young child after he calmed down, the restaurant team also alerted reception who also checked on……

“Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t told that if I had pre-booked breakfast it would have been cheaper. I think £18.49 is a bit steep for breakfast”
