“We had a wonderful stay and are truly grateful for the warm hospitality! The host was incredibly kind, caring, welcoming, and attentive. She made us feel at home from the very first moment. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bedroom was especially cozy, and we had a wonderful night’s sleep. Everything was perfectly clean and thoughtfully prepared. A special thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so pleasant. The check-in process was smooth……

In……

“We travelled with our toddler looking for some time to rest as a family. Before booking I called the hotel to understand if the kids club was available for my child indicating the dates that we were deciding to book. By phone i was informed that the kids club was operated by an external party, but it was available for guests during the time I indicated. Surprisingly when we checked in I asked about the kids club operating time and I was informed that it was closed because it was school period in……

“Reception staff very helpful and polite. Room, bedsheets and other linen very clean. Air conditioner outside unit on the balcony made a constant noticeable noise. A water works failure one day meant the hotel staff cut our water supply while they were repairing, which took them a couple of hours. Then on day we were departing the electricity supply was cut off for entire morning, which was not a hotel issue but the local area.”
