“This place was great. Just what I needed for me and my husband plus our two dogs. Was very clean. The yard was super cute for kids or dogs and the firepit was a bonus. Very nice hosts. It could use slight upgrades in terms of furniture but everything was tidy and functional. It was about 5-10 minutes from downtown area and you could probably walk to some breweries in about a mile! “There is a great Ingles grocery store in Lake Lure that is a 25 minutes drive one way on two lane mountain roads. Definitely recommend stocking up before you arrive because once you get to this fabulous lakefront cabin, you are not going to want to leave. We are looking forward to returning next year. ”
