We knew there were others on the floor but you certainly could not hear them unless they walked right by our door. Travelling with 2 small dogs, we totally appreciated the sound proofed rooms! "Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. The property is a little dated in some areas but clean and overall efficient on our visit. The rooms have very large TV's which look fantastic.
